To help with this we’ve popped together the following useful tips:

• Make sure you read through your written tenancy agreement carefully and that you understand your rights and responsibilities. Please seek advice before you sign if you have any concerns.
• We will provide you with a form to fill in to make sure you happy with the inventory, please let us know and keep talking to us if you have any concerns

• Remember to take meter readings when you move in, this will make sure you don’t pay for any bills that don’t belong to you
• Keep our contact details handy

We will provide you with the following when you move in:

• A copy of the guide 'How to rent' 
• A gas safety certificate
• We will provide one each year, if there is a gas installation
• Deposit paperwork
• The Energy Performance Certificate
• A record of any electrical inspections
